Turmeric Face Mask Recipe
Ingredients:
- Turmeric Powder
preferably fresh, if not powdered will do)
- Brown Rice Flour
(powdered) or Chick Pea Flour
(also powered)
- Plain Yogurt
- Raw Honey
- Fresh Lemon Juice
- (Optional: For oily skin add Coconut Oil
or Olive Oil
to the mix)
Recipe: In a mixing bowl combine the following ingredients.
- 2 tablespoons of grounded or Turmeric Powder
- 1 tablespoon of Brown Rice Flour
or Chick Pea Flour
- 1 tablespoon of plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon Raw Honey
- 1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice
- (optional - 2 teaspoons of Coconut Oil
)
When your mix is completely combined apply directly to your face. Avoid your eye lids. Let the mask dry for 20 minutes. After rinse off with warm water and pat down with a dry towel. At this point if you have oily skin apply the Coconut Oil

Any left over paste can be stored in a glass jar. Place in the refrigerator. This should last about a week if properly stored.
Disclosure: Always consult your doctor when using alternative medicine if you are already on medication. Also do not consume if you are pregnant or on blood thinner medications.
